Troubleshooting

Can’t Log In

  • Double‑check your email and password
  • If you recently changed your password, try the latest one
  • Use the Reset Password link if needed
  • Make sure your browser allows cookies for the site

Stuck in a Login Loop

  • Open the site in a private/incognito window and try again
  • Ensure you’re using the site over HTTPS (secure connection)
  • Clear site cookies for the domain and retry

No Events Are Showing

  • Confirm your integration is sending events with the correct event type names
  • Open the Events page and adjust the date/time filters
  • If you just connected an integration, wait a minute and refresh

Scores Aren’t Updating

  • Check that your scoring rules are active
  • Make sure the event type name in your rule exactly matches the incoming events
  • If you use time windows or date ranges, confirm they include the current date

API Returns 401 Unauthorized

  • Verify you’re using the correct API credentials from Settings → Secrets
  • If using Basic Auth, ensure both the ID and Secret are present
  • Try a simple GET request first to confirm your credentials work
