To use a template:
- Navigate to Configure → Scoring Rules (or Profile Rules / Account Rules)
- If you have no rules yet, you'll see template cards in the empty state
- Click Load Template on your preferred template
- Review the pre-configured rules and adjust point values as needed
- Rules are created immediately and begin scoring

How to Test a Rule
- Create or edit a scoring rule in any of the rule interfaces
- Fill in the rule details (event type, weight, conditions)
- Click Test Rule in the rule editor slideout
- Select a lead from the dropdown (shows your most recent 20 leads)
- Review the test results showing:
- Whether the rule would match for that lead
- The reason why the rule matches or doesn't match
- The lead's current score vs. projected score after applying the rule
- For engagement rules: the count of matching events
- For profile/account rules: the matching attribute value
